Apple has been testing the feature in the beta version of the Apple Music app. But now Chromecast support and a true black dark mode are now available in the latest stable update. The dark mode respects the Android 10 system toggle for dark mode.
Apple Music for Android gets dark mode and more in big update
Safari gets big updates, making it even more collaborative, customizable, and secure. Shared Tab Groups allow users to collaborate on a set of tabs with friends and see updates instantly while they work together, share tabs and bookmarks, and start a conversation right from Safari. Tab Groups get dedicated start pages that can be customized with a background image, bookmarks, and unique sections everyone can see and edit.

Apple has been doing a great job of ensuring Apple Music subscribers on Android don't have to wait too long for new features that debuted on iOS. Apart from the much awaited dark-mode, Apple's also added Chromecast support (after four years of waiting) - a change that lets subscribers stream their favorite music to your TV or connected speakers.
In terms of readability, ensuring a higher contrast between text and background is more important than colour scheme, according to Cox. If the contrast is the same between normal and dark modes, she says we might not expect a difference in legibility, although our familiarity with black text on a white background might offer this display mode a slight edge.
True dark modes reduces the levels of blue light emitting from our screens, but this can also be achieved to some extent by switching into night modes, that replace the harsher blue light with more melatonin-friendly orange hues, or by adjusting your colour temperature. However, limiting screen time entirely in the hour or two before bed is the best course of action.
Reddit has one of the more robust dark modes out there. They recognized that some users don't want a black background since dark gray still provides them battery saving benefits and can look better on their displays. But then there are people with OLED panels who want an all-black theme. So instead of letting the OS force the dark mode, Reddit gives you a choice: dark gray or black.
iOS 13 brings a system-wide dark modeincluding Apple Music app. Since Spotify and Amazon Music had the dark mode before, many users would think Apple would make this possible. Now, as many have been calling for years, the dark mode is here for iOS 13 including Apple Music. It is more comfortable and softer for eyes than light mode, especially in the night. Theoretically speaking, the dark mode will save battery on iPhone, but this is still under check with continued usage.
Same issue here, this only started for me after updating to Big Sur 11.2.3. All music in my library play normal. Any apple music song will play normal for a couple seconds then drops about 50%. I am using a focusrite Clarett 8 pre as my DAC, but this has worked flawlessly since I had this setup over 5 years. Just started having issues today for the first time, updated Big Sur last night. Sound check is not enabled, no volume changes on hardware or software.
Did some more testing, this issue seems isolated to my personal station on apple music. From what I can tell it doesn't play tracks from my files on the HDD it finds the same tracks in apple music and streams them. I tried many other stations and single song searches and while they play slightly lower than files in my library, they are no where near as attenuated as my personal station. Any ideas why my personal station would be attenuated?
Today is the first day I have full volume using an apple music station. I changed no settings or hardware config. I am on Big Sur 11.2.3, haven't updated to 11.4 yet. Is this working for anyone else? Personal station is still about 16% low, measured on my presonus Monitor station. , which is calibrated.
Even bigger - and arguably more exciting - changes are supposedly coming in future updates: a (verified) Googler in this Reddit thread has revealed that a dark mode and markdown support will eventually make their way to Keep Notes.
